Please check in the CSV2QBO how the amount columns are assigned:
- There are the amount, debit and credit columns.
- If you have one column, assign it to the amount field, and debit and credit drop-downs set to "do not use". Use "Change amount sign" once for the whole file if you see expenses positive payments to the account negative. Payments must always be negative and deposits to the account positive.
- if you have separate expenses and deposits, set the amount column to "do not use" and assign debit and credit columns
