Look for the link in your order confirmation email, in your renewal confirmation email, or renewal reminder email. The link ends with "S" and looks like the following:
https://sites.fastspring.com/propersoft/order/s/PROPERSOFT99999-9999-99999S
Click the link and do the following:
- click "Cancel subscription"
- click "Confirm"
You should get the cancellation email on the same email used for the order. If you do not get the cancellation email, please email support@propersoft.net and ProperSoft will help you cancel your support subscription.
If you do not have access to emails from ProperSoft, please email support@propersoft.net and provide original email used with the order, your full name and ask to cancel your support subscription.
