CSV2* converters can open CSV or Excel (XLS, XLSX) files (no Excel software required on your computer).
Also, you have option to copy and paste directly from Excel or other spreadsheet software: in Excel, select table data (or select all with CTRL+A), then press CTRL+C, then switch to CSV2* converter and click "Paste from clipboard".
