This video shows how to start downloaded and installed the converter on macOS.
Once you downloaded and moved it to the 'Applications' folder, the converter will be in the 'Applications' folder. Depending on the name you downloaded, look for the corresponding name. In our case, we downloaded and installed Bank2QBO. IMPORTANT: Bank2QBO is now replaced with the Transactions app, which converts from more formats and converts to more formats.
Double-click to start. 
When you start for the first time, it asks you to confirm, then you say 'Open'.
Next, right-click and select 'Keep in Dock', so you find it easily later.
Once the application starts, it asks you to select a file to convert. And the default file location is a 'Downloads' folder, where you usually download your transaction files.
