If your bank is not listed when you click the LookUp button to find the INTU.BID value for your bank, keep the default value 3000 (Wells Fargo).
The bank label you see during import in Quickbooks has to be from an "allowed" bank but is not relevant to an actual account in Quickbooks you are choosing to import transactions into.
The "Look Up" list that is shown in the application for comes from Quickbooks or Quicken installed on your computer.
