What does "failed while handling conflicts" mean when uploading QBJ file?

It could mean many different things:
- your CSV/QBJ file had account numbers and account names and account types, but QuickBooks has different account name for the same account number
- the same applies to names (vendor, customer, employee) and name types on your CSV/QBJ file not matching what you have in QuickBooks
