Please email support@propersoft.net with the product name (for example, CSV2QBO, PDF2QIF, etc.) you are using, PC or Mac, which accounting software are you importing into (Quickbooks, Quicken, XERO, Quickbooks online, etc), and version/year/country and PC or Mac (for example, Quickbooks 2013 US on PC) and describe the issue.
